Is there wifi, phone signal and power aboard?

Mobile coverage, onboard wifi and charging sockets are separate questions. Ask which are available, whether there are usage limits and whether power arrangements differ between a marina and an anchorage.

If connectivity matters

Explain what you need to do and when. Do not rely on a general promise of wifi for work, medical equipment or another essential need without discussing the details and an alternative plan.

Ask which devices and chargers the boat can support. Keep booking details available offline, and follow the briefing on communications and emergency contacts rather than assuming a mobile phone will work everywhere.
