Can I cancel a charter and get my money back?

Before booking, ask what happens if you cancel, change dates or reduce guest numbers. Clarify notice requirements and whether an offered remedy is a refund, credit or reschedule.

Read the conditions carefully

For credits, ask about expiry, availability and transferability. For rescheduling, confirm any conditions attached to the new dates. Keep the terms and correspondence.
